Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms govern the use of EnoList (enolist.com), the online service for creating and managing digital menus, inventory and reservations for bars, restaurants and wine bars. By signing up you accept them.

1. The service

EnoList lets you publish a menu accessible via link and QR code and manage products, daily specials, opening hours, shifts and reservations. Some features are available only on the Premium plan.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Your venue address (enolist.com/name) must be relevant and must not infringe third-party rights.

3. Plans and prices

Current prices are those shown on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard (Subscription → Manage subscription): Premium stays active until the end of the paid period and partial periods are not refunded, except where required by law. If a payment fails, the account may revert to the Free plan.

5. Your content

Menus, prices, descriptions, images, allergens and any other content you enter remain yours and are your responsibility. In particular, you are responsible for the accuracy of prices and of allergen and ingredient information shown to guests. You grant us permission to host and display this content solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use EnoList for illegal or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights, nor attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep EnoList running, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or remove features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EnoList is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from use of or inability to use the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Closing your account

You can ask to close your account at any time by writing to edo.enolist@gmail.com. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; registered users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
